Eligible for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

Automatic Refunds

If an order fails during processing (e.g., out of stock, supplier error), the system will automatically refund the full amount to your balance. No action is required from your side.

Once a digital code is revealed or delivered, it is considered used. We strongly recommend redeeming your code immediately after purchase to avoid any issues.

Reseller Deposit Policy

Deposits made to your reseller balance are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as USDT. Your balance can only be used to purchase products through the API or Dashboard.

Deposit Exceptions

In rare cases, a deposit refund may be considered if: (1) a technical error caused a double deposit, or (2) the deposit was confirmed but the balance was not credited due to a system error. In such cases, please contact support with your deposit ID and transaction hash.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  3. 3 If the code is invalid, provide a screenshot showing the error when attempting to redeem it on the official platform.
  4. 4 Our team will verify the issue with the supplier and respond within 24 hours.
