PSN cards add funds to the wallet on a PlayStation account registered to the Bahrain store. That balance is spent on games, downloadable content, PlayStation Plus, and store rentals.
Bahrain codes work on Bahrain accounts only. This catches people out more than any other issue with PlayStation credit, because several Gulf stores price in dollars and the cards look interchangeable. They are not. A Bahrain card will not redeem on a Saudi or Emirati account and the balance cannot be moved between regions afterwards.
The denomination range here runs from $5 upward, which is unusually low for PSN. Small cards are useful when a wallet is a few dollars short of a purchase, since PlayStation will not let you part-pay a game with a card for the remainder.
To redeem: open the PlayStation Store on your console, select the three-dot menu, choose Redeem Codes, and enter the code. Check the account's country under Settings, then Users and Accounts, before ordering.
